Aluminium Foil Products - Ideal packaging solution
  • Heat conductivity - No other material can match aluminium’s ability to conduct temperature quickly and evenly throughout the food product, and also withstand rapid changes between very hot, to below freezing temperatures without loss of properties. These are key benefits to the bakery and food processing industries in achieving optimum food quality.
  • Heat resistance - Aluminium foil dishes are impact tolerant and protect their contents through a very wide temperature range from well below blast-freezing to the extremes of oven grilling. There is no risk of cracking, melting, charring or burning.
  • Corrosion resistance - Foil dishes are not subject to discoloration or corrosion in contact with virtually all foods. To protect against foods with highly alkaline or acid, approved surface coatings are available.

  • Lightness - Economies in both transport and storage result from the foil dishes light weight and ability to be nested closely together. Loading of filling machine magazines presents no problems.

  • Strength - When pressed into a shaped dish, the aluminium foil ‘work-hardens’where it is shaped, particular where the wrinkles and rims occur. Shape, thickness, alloy and temper can be selected to create exactly the performance characteristics required.
